Visio Font Issues

After recently moving a user to another computer with the same OS and same
version of Visio (2003), strange font issues started occurring. When copying
text from one page to another, the font is lost (font chooser remains blank)
and you are forced to choose the correct font again to correct the issue.
The fonts are all true type fonts and the problems don't exist in the other
office applications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this occurring for new drawings, or is it only happening in drawings
that were previously saved? If it happens in a new drawing, then can you
give me a set of steps to try out?

If it happens only in existing drawings, can you test those drawings on
another Visio 2003 workstation? Also, if you follow the manual font
selection steps you mentioned, does that 'fix' the text so that you can
make new copies of the objects and have the font appear correctly?
