Visio Gantt Chart Template

I want to be able to modify the month and date to my own choosing. Why can I
not do that/How can I do this?

To add to the below...I want to add to my own choosing other than date and
time. I need to say "Contract Award Date," then "plus 1 month, plus 2
months, plus 3 months, etc.... Thanks in advance for replies.
