visio general question

I am considering using Visio to develop network style drawings to be used as
the UI for an app that dies most of its work using atl and.net components.
My question is whether it is possible to open visio drawings in "run time"
mode in which visio shows no menus and does not allow editing of any sort. I
have looked at locking layers for example but they don't seen to prevent the
user from just unlocking the layer. What I want is for the user to be able to
scroll the drawing and to click on shapes to run automation code and
absolutely nothing more. I also want to either remove the shape context menus
or supply my own without the standard menu itmes that vision supplies. I have
a lot more experience with Access and Access provides a run time version in
which the vba source code and all access menus are removed and as far as user
is concerned, the database acts like a standalone app. I haven't spent a lot
of time researching this issue yet and it would save me a lot of time if
someone knows the answer.

Thanks for the link. This sounds like what I need. I did my limited
research on an earlier version of Visio which is why I hadn't come across the
drawing control.
