Visio graphic changes depending on version

I have a Visio document that appears normal to me (I have Visio 2003
Standard). When I send it to a client who has Visio 2007 Standard, one of
the graphics is only partially visible. Any idea why this would happen or if
there's anything I can do about it. Unfortunately, upgrading is not an
option right now.

Whereabouts on the page is this graphic? At the bottom? Is it cut off
by printer margins?

What happens if you send a diagram with just 1 of this graphic on the
page? Does the shape's size/position affect what is seen?

When you say "graphic", do you mean a Visio shape (if so, which one)
or an imported image file (if so, what type/dimensions/file size).
