Visio: How do I update information without changing the format?

I need to update an org chart without starting from scratch, i.e. retain
formatting changes that were made manually (dotted lines, comments, etc.). I
am using Visio 2003.

If you are asking about refreshing the data that was imported from another
source, Org Chart does not support this. Import always creates a new
drawing.
