visio how to sync shapes to master/template

Anyone know of a way to have visio refresh shapes in a drawing to sync to the
version in the shape template?

Nothing in the shape says what stencil it was from, what if there are
two stencils containing two shapes of the same name?

I have a utility that will help you with this:
http://www.visio-utilities.sandrila.co.uk/

It has a shape substitute facility, just select the updated shape in
the stencil as the shape to do the replacing.
