Visio hyperlink conversion to Word question

Does anyone know how to bring a Visio flowchart (with hyperlinks) into Word
to HTML and keep the hyperlinks? The hyperlinks are both internal (in the
document) and external (URLs). We have hundreds of pages of flowcharts with
hyperlinks in them.

I can bring it over by the Insert>Object function but the links do not work
in the object.

Please ANY suggestions, thoughts or comments are welcome.

Correction - I meant to write convert it from Visio into Word OR HTML. I can
save as a web page and that works - but I need it in HTML or Word format.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
