Visio Hyperlink problem

Hi All,

I encountered problem using Visio hyperlinks for "https" sites. If a
hyperlink is created to point to an site with URL
https://192.0.1.113:8080/somesite.org, Visio throws error saying its not
able to navigate to the address. But if the "IP" address of the server in
previous URL is replaced by the name of server viz.
https://someservername:8080/somesite.org then hyperlinks in Visio start
working flawlessly.

Any ideas whats going wrong here ?? Help will be appreciated.
