Visio Icons for MS Office (2003)

Using Visio 2003 on XP, I would like to incorporate links to several
MS Office (2003) docs. xls. etc. However, I noticed that the icons
provided for these shapes in the Website stencil are *very* old (and
in some cases - especially the Word icon - ugly!)

Could someone point me to a source where I might find a stencil
containing shapes with updated MS Office Icons - or, if I want the
newer icons, will I have to edit each existing icon? (Not a task I
relish contemplating!) Alternatively, is there a suggested
work-around which will accomplish this?
