Visio Install fails in new Visual STudio 2005 Beta 2

Can't install latest Visio from dvd created from 12 Apr 2005 MSDN SUbscribers
Download of Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2,

Installed Visual STudio, successfully, Install works, Visual Studio Works,
but when Installing Visio, error message says
"You must furst Install Visual Studio 2005 Beta."

I also have this problem, could it be getting confused because I also
have VS.Net 2003 installed on the same machine?
