Visio Installation errors

When I installed Visio 2007 I had a problem with the installations it would
not install, it would error out with error 2711 a graphics errors. So I
Uninstalled Office 2007 and tried to install Visio again and this time it
installed with no problems. Sounds like there is a conflict with office and
visio istallation programs. I then reinstalled office 2007 and it would not
reinstall it errored out with same type of error. What seems to be the
problem and how can I fix it.

Have you installed Visio 2007/Office 2007 WITH B2TR first and then tried to
install one of the Beta2 versions? Then the one you mentioned is one of
the known issues that is documented in this hyperlink:

http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/products/FX101517941033.aspx#1

In order to workaround the issue, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall all Office2007 applications (including Visio 2007, etc.)

2. After a system restart, install Office 2007 Beta2

3. Then install Visio 2007 Beta2 [and any other Beta2 products that you
require]

4. After completing Beta2 installations, perform a system restart.

5. Then install Beta2TR versions of Office2007 , Visio2007 and other
applications.

Hope this helps!

Yes this would help me but I have a small problem that is unabling me to
follow these instructions. The problem is that there is a Visio in the
Add/Remove Programs but when I went to remove it, it said that the install
file was corrupt. I looked in the Windows Installer Cleanup to find that
there was no install. I have looked in my C dive to manually remove it but
there were no files from it. I even looked in regedit and there was nothing.
I just want to remove it n, not put it back on.
Thanks

I am having the same problem when trying to remove VISIO 2007 Beta. So,
what's the process for removing it?
