Visio Internal Error: #3400

Has anyone seen this error;

Visio internal error: #3400

I tried renaming the file and re-opening but this didn't help. This file was
created with Visio technical 2000. I tried opening it with Visio 2003 and
Visio Standard 2000, but I get the same error.

I also moved the file to another computer, but same results.

O/S is Windows 2000. I tried it with OS Window XP also. Still can't open.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

That is an OLE error, which means that it is probably related to an embedded
document in your drawing. Do you have a way to open it in Visio Technical
and remove the embedded document?
