Visio Internet Connection

When I try to search for shapes in Visio 2003, I get this error message when
it tries to look online.

1. Visio Web Shapes - Unable to establish an Internet connection. Results
are limited to the shapes found on your computer. (To check your search
settings, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then view the Shape Search
tab.)
