Visio IRC servers or any other discussion groups

Confused and Disappointed

Does anyone know of a Visio IRC server? I keep posting questions here at Microsoft but they go unanswered and I need to find other sources. I thought since this was a Microsoft product that this discussion group would be the perfect source of information. I have been very frustrated with the non response to posts. I'm sure some people have found this to be a viable source of information but, Myabe I'm just asking the wrong questions.
