visio keeps configuring...

My visio 2002 professional keeps configuring.
Every time i start it it says:
please wait while windows configures microsoft visio professional 2002
[english]

WHY?
I reinstalled; ran the service pack, tried to repair...all wihout any
result
XP SP-1
Office XP Pro
