I am having the very same problem on two different
computers. I am running Visio 2002 Pro, the help menu
says it has been activated. I have tried the error
detection and repair and I am running SR1.
The only new addition to my computer since this started
was Adobe Acrobat 6 Pro.
I was having the same problem until I unchecked the
check box for Enable COM add-ins under Tools->Options
advanced tab in Visio.
I believe the issue lays within the new version of
Abobe Acrobat 6 Pro.
