Visio Links Problem

I have a complete process documentation project in Visio and when I copy it
to a CD all of the links go bad.

It will allow me to reset them per session, but there are about 300 of them.

Can I set links so that when a file is copies they are preserved?

PS I call other Visio diagrams, PDF files and PPT files.

Hi Dave,

I assume that you're referring to hyperlinks that you have created within
the Visio drawing for your documentation project, correct? I have a couple
of suggestions:

1) in the hyperlinks dialog in Visio when creating the hyperlinks to the
source drawings, check "use relative links"
2) copy the folder structure on the local drive for the source drawings,
when moving the project to CD
