Visio Locking Up

I am trying to create a site map of my companies web site. It very big and
Visio keeps locking up I have 2Gb of I am trying to create a site map of my
company’s web site. It very big and Visio keeps locking up I have 2Gb of RAM
and Visio uses 1.5Gb and 80% of processor. Any ideas on size limits?
