visio menu item missing

The 'Center Drawing' option from the Shape menu is missing. I am running
Visio 2002 Standard SP2. I recently upgraded to Office 2003.

Hmmm. Perhaps it got modified somehow.

Try right-clicking on some free-space in the menus or toolbars and click
"Customize..."

On one of the tabs there's a "Reset" option. Hopefully this will get your
menus back in order.
