Visio not finding shapes on Web

[Frustrated]

Whwn I do a search for a shape, say a cisco device, Visio does not find
anything. I've tried HP, Compaq, Cisco, 3Com, etc, but always come up empty.
Any hints? The boxes are checked for searching the Internet and Visio Web
Shapes.

Visio's shape search only searches the database of shapes that Microsoft
maintains--not the web overall.

So the best thing to do is follow Al's advice and maybe take a visit to John
Marshall's site:
