Visio Numbering Add-on Not Working

I tried to use the Numbering Add-on, but it will not show.

Any ideas on what to do to get it back?

Do you mean it isn't in the list of add-ons at menu
Tools -> Addons -> Visio Extras?

Is it not there or jusrt disabled?
If it's disabled then just open a blank page.
