Visio Object doesn't print in Word

I'm having an interesting problem trying to print any text inside a Visio object. This problem occurs within Visio Drawings pasted from a Visio document, and Visio Drawings created within the word document. The only thing not printed is the text; Shapes appear just fine.

Oddly, if I go to print preview there is black text all over the document. If I copy the drawings to Visio, the thing prints out just fine. One detail I noticed was the Word printout showed text over objects and appears to be white.

This is all done with word 2002 (SP2) and Visio (SP1) and Windows XP (SP1)
