Visio on a CD

Does anyone know if its possible to have the License so you can put Visio and
some other products onto a CD. I want to give my analysts a CD with visio on
so they can load it up on their laptops, an on the same CD I want a user
guide (that someone is writing for me) and some other documents to help them
do their job but I want it all on one CD does anyone know if Microsoft allow
this and if so how. I have tried looking at the License sections on microsoft
and its lost me if i'm honest.

This is definitely possible, but I haven't been up on the details for a long
time. I know that companies like d-Tools sell a product that requires Visio,
and that they install Visio as part of their solution.

I didn't read this page carefully -- it's the Visio Partner site -- it
should get you a bit further along:
