Visio ORG CHart wizard excel

I am trying to use the Visio Wizard for org charts. BUT only the first
person on the chart appears on the chart. What is happening? THe wizard
steps for choosing what is on the chart confuse me.

If you create your orgchart with importing excel file bes sure that you have
a column for superior
