Visio Organization Charts

Hi All,

I need to create an Org chart based on an Excel Spreadsheet. I have to make
sure the data in the shapes automatically update when the data in Excel
changes. I've tried the Add-on Link to database wizard and the Database
Wizard but I always have a problem when it asks me to define a table. I know
I'm doing something wrong. Please Help!
