Visio Organizational Charts

Is there a way to have multiple connectors off of an organizational chart
shape ? If so, how do you do it? Every time I try, Visio moves to a single
connector to the last shape I tried to connect to.

In Visio 2003, you can use the dotted line connector to supplement the
regular superior/subordinate relationship.
