Visio page setup resizing

I want to print my Visio diagram in A3. However, the
program keeps adjusting the page setup to A4 when I try to
print. It then shifts both the foreground and background
page, so that they're off the print area.

Any idea how to sort this out?

1. What is the printer model & driver type?
2. What kind of diagram it is?
3. Is this happening for a specific drawing?

Please provide the relevant information along with the Visio version information.

In the page setup for the page, do you have the "Same as Printer" check box
selected?
