Visio Page Seup Options 2003

I just moved to a new desktop and installed Visio 2003, just like on my old
desktop. But when I went to use it, I found that there was a difference in
the installations. When I would go into page setup, and customize the page
sizes, it would have a button to choose which printer would be printed to,
from there. This was very convenient when working with large, plotter-size
printouts. So I installed service pack 3, thinking this would put everything
right. But I still don't have that printer button in the page setup menu.
I'm wondering if there's an add-on or other service pack I'm missing that
needs to be installed. I setup my other desktop 2 years ago, and cannot
remember all the patches that I might have installed. Can someone help me
out? Here's a screenshot of the dialog box where I had the printer options
on the old computer:

That dialog is normally only available from within the Page Setup and
then selecting the print Setup tab (the default anyway) and clicking
the Setup button.
However, the printer selection is done from the button at the bottom
of your image, the button marked Printer. Or go to Print Preview and
select the printer from the drop-down box.
