How do I create a password on a Visio file to restrict opening the file?

If you go to View > Drawing Explorer and right click on the document at the
top of the tree, there is a Protect Document command. I caution you that
this feature is not considered "secure" by today's security standards. It
is not that difficult to discover the password for a protected document.
