Visio printing

I have a one page flow chart in Visio. No matter what I try, when I print, I
only get the bottom half of the page. Yes, I have read all of the help
screens on printing. How do I fix this?

what version of visio are you using?
do you have the latest fix packs installed?
does it print correctly to a different printer?
