Visio Pro 2003 Printing problem to HP 1220C

Problem: Printout mostly off page regardless of preview and combination of drawing/print settings. At least one other user experiences this problem with a different HP printer. Have you encountered this problem, and have you found a solution?

I'm having a similar problem with a Canon printer that is
normally excellent. I set up all the options on both the
Visio doc and the printer setup, did a print preview,
etc., and I keep getting a tiny printout on portrait
instead of a printout the full width of the landscape doc.

We are aware of some printing issues with Visio 2003 and we are currently
investigating these issues at this time. I'm sorry I don't have better
information for you at this point.

I am having the same problem using Visio Pro 2003 and printing to an HP Inkjet 1100D. Has MS come up with a fix or work-around yet?

Thanks,

-Paul

I need someone at Microsoft to contact me immeadiately regarding another Visio printing problem.

No matter what I do, Visio only prints the bottom half of my documents on the top half of the paper. I've checked all the page and paper sizes. Nothing helps.

I have an HP deskjet 3600 and Windows XP.

Thanks for your assistence.

Same problem... VISIO 2003 seems to think the vertical origin for the ruler is off by half a page... So bottom half of 8.5 x 11 page prints on top half of paper despite what VISIO 2003 Print Preview shows... I'm now dead in the water since I make technical drawings to exact scale..... Looks like it's back to AUTOCAD Light... I tried search ofr VISIO 2003 Update but Office Updates seems to think I'm up to date. HELP -
