Visio Pro Database Tools?

Hi,

I am looking for a tool that I can use to design a database using ER (or
ORM) and then have it create the database tables etc. I am using the
Firebird database so it would need to be able to do this via ODBC? Can
Visio Pro do this?

I should add that I would want the tool to be able to print out a
textual description of the database structure too.
