Visio program files location?

Paddy

I have just installed Visio Prof 2007, while keeping Visio 2003 (and also
pre-MS Visio 4.1) on the computer (I use all versions)

A curiosity I've wondered about but never asked: On the shortcut, as for
any Office component, the shortcut "Properties" shows the "Target" greyed
out, but reading "Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007". How can I find
the program files folder(s) ??????

I just like to be in control of my own computer!

So it does !
That's probably the reason that warnings come up saying that there are
invalid icons on the desktop !

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12
but may be different depending upon what else you have installed.

Thanks Al and Paul.

I think that I had not refreshed Windows Explorer when I looked for it after
installing Visio 2007.

The general Office component greyed-out "Target" had me misled.
