visio properties in visio viewer

when I look my visio drawings with visio wiewer I can't see properties which I write in visio drawing objects. does anyone know how can I do that? can I save my drawings in some different format and if I can in which one?

Hi,

I am not sure which version of Visio viewer you are talking about; however, to get the defined property & its value of a
shape, you have to press CTRL key and then click on the shape; then right click and select "Properties and Settings"
which will display the requierd under the "Shape Properties" window.

If you want to have a different format, go for "Save as a web page" where you have to make CTRL click on the shape
which will list out the property on the left side of the web browser.
