Visio Reader doesn't detect go to page behavior

[Visio Reader go to page behavior]

Objects were set to the 'go to page' behavior using Format > Behavior >
Double Click. The workbook was saved as ReadOnly and sent to users who have
Visio Reader/2003/and 2007. Users with 2003/2007 had no problems; users with
Reader got a Properties and Settings prompt. In our environment Reader is
deployed with Internet Explorer. Pls help resolve.

What is a Visio Reader?
Do you mean the Visio Viewer?
If so, then the Viewer is not Visio - it does have a different double-click
behavior.
It sounds like you need to add Hyperlinks to your shapes in Visio that go to
the specific pages.
