Visio rogue processes

Hi - I've recently upgraded to Visio 2007 running on Vista Home Premium on an
Intel Duo.

Works fine except whenever I close Visio, a Visio process keeps running and
hogs around 50% of the CPU. If I open and close Visio several times, a
seperate process is created each time, and none of them close down on exiting
from Visio. I can kill the process manually without any problem. I've run the
diagnostic tool in Visio a couple of times but it says everything is fine.

Any idea what is causing these processes to hang around and what I can do
about it?

Cheers, Gerald.

For the information of others that may also have this problem - it seems to
be due to the Bluetooth driver on HP under Vista. Solution is to disable the
Bluetooth driver.

See also Mark Nelson's response to "Visio stops working in Vista".

I don't believe this is an HP bluetooth driver issue. It's happening
on Dell and Lenovo systems as well.

In a separate thread (http://groups.google.com/group/
microsoft.public.visio.general/browse_thread/thread/

+hang&rnum=1&hl=en#357b97da4bf3bf40), Mark indicates that it's the
"send to bluetooth add-in for Visio that seems to be the culprit.
When I disabled this add-in, the problem with the hanging process
stopped.
