Visio SDK (Document Path APIs Not working properly with Long filen

Currently while porting Visio Add-on (.VSL) C++ implementation in Visio2003
compactible and found Visio document.FullName() , document.FullPath(),
document.Name() not working properly when involves long files names such as
saving "D:\Documents and Settings\xxxxx.INDIA\Local Settings\Temp"
