Visio Send to and email button on tool bar

I need to disable the send to menu selection on the File tool bar. I also
need to disable the email button on the tool bar. I have tried using the
Office Resource kit and disabling the send to menus item in the Disable items
in user interface > Predefined>send to. But it has no affect.
