Visio SHAPES selection pull down window hides folders.

When I go to MY SHAPES, some folders pop up BEHIND the pull down window and
do not allow me to select them. If I go to Windoes Wxplorer, the files are
there, but Visio cannot seem to 'see' them. Anyone else seen this, and is
there a solution?
