Visio Shapes - what does each mean?

Hello,
I have just started using Visio and cannot find anything on what each shape
means. Is there a table that will show me what each shape means? In the
help section of Visio I tried many different ways to find an answer and have
been unable to find one.
I am putting together a flow chart and would like to use more than just the
basic shapes.

for the flowchart shapes:

other than that for most purposes you can use any shape for any
purpose you like.
