Visio startup problems

Hi

We have a user with Visio 2000. It's hanging at startup (80% at refreshing
directory cache).

I've looked at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/303882/EN-US/, but
opening/closing another Office app doesn't rectify the issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Run Visio.exe witn -r key. Visio.exe -r.
