Visio sub-address info is lost when diagram is saved as a web page

I have a diagram with links from shapes to cells in an Excel spreadsheet. I
specified a sub-address in the hyperlink from each shape to a corresponding
cell in the spreadsheet containing details about that shape. From the
original Visio diagram, each link takes me right to the cell I specified in
the sub-address for that shape. When I save that diagram as a web page, the
resulting links only take me to the top of the spreadsheet, as though the
sub-address information was lost.

What can I do to get the sub-address info to apply when I 'Save as a Web
Page...'?
