Visio template or other tool to do modeling of data flow at column level?

All,

For a project I inherited, I'd like a tool to allow me to map queries,
stored procedures, tables, views, etc. visually at the column level.
The database templates that come with Visio will model the
relationships, but not a column by column mapping.

I have a couple of mocked-up examples here:

I'm looking for something that can help me track data as it is pulled
from the source of record and pushed through a large number of queries
and tables. I've done quite a bit of googling but not found anything
matching what I want.
