Visio Text Boxes

Hello Lori,

Try selecting all of the textboxes, aligning them as required then (with
them all selected) press Format / Line... and choose a pattern of 'None'.

Then either Shape / Grouping / Group or draw another rectangle around them
and set the line format as above.
