Visio - text editing with Text Tool selected moves window

When editing text with the Text Tool or the Text Box Tool selected the zoom
window position changes so that the now selected text is at the bottom left
of the window. Can I turn this off?
I have "Automatically zoom text when editing below "" set to 0, but this
setting makes no difference to the move of the window.

You have made the right thing. Normally it disable the autozoom feature. It
work on my visio 2003.
