Visio text has res-sized itself

I built an organisation diagram and used / opened it many times. Now it has
resized istesl so that the text is greyed out and onlt visible at 150% -
which obviously I don't want - much to large - if anythin I want to be able
to read the diagram at 50% or 75% like I used to be able to do.

Using Visio Professional 2003

Try Tools > Options > View tab, then decrease the setting for Greek text
under x points.
