Visio Text on Web Page

If I use Visio 2002 to create a small graphic,
then save the file as a Web document
I can extract the .gif graphic and put
it in a Web page. The graphic looks great
but I can't seem to get the text to look
good. I have been using the standard
Arial 12pt text shape.

Does anyone have any suggestions on
how I can create better looking text?
I did try to "clean up" the text with
PhotoShop, this produced a slight
improvement but it is a pain.
