Visio Timing Diagram

Hi Folks
I need some help with making timing diagrams (digital logic waveforms). I am using VISIO Professional 2002 SR 1. Is there a convenient stencil available from some where. I tried to get my hands on TIMEDIA.VSS listed on : http://www.mvps.org/visio/CompuServe.htm
The website mentions it is available in MSForum at Compuserve. I couldn't find it anywhere. Any other resources would be helpful.
I do not know if this is the right place for asking this question. If not, could you additionally be directed to the correct group.

for help with timing diagrams, there is no stencil at the link listed, just
an new visio sheet.

The file format for all Visio files is the same. The file extension tells
Visio how to open the file (stencil, drawing or template). If you open the
link in Intenet Explorer, it will open as a blank drawing.

Copy the stencil (a file with a vss extension) and then open Visio. From
within Visio, open the stencil.
