Visio to Autocad .dwg file

If one embeds a clip art object (or picture) or an Excel file into a Vision
drawing, either will not convert to Autocad file, they will be "lost".

Can this be done thru some method not yet published?

Not to my knowledge. Visio does not support the conversion of bitmaps or
embedded objects into AutoCAD.
