There's a "Reports" tool that enables you to export shape details and data
to Excel, HTML and XML. You can find under the Data menu in 2007 or Tools
in 2003.
Use the Reports tool under the Data menu...you will need to specify
which shapes you wish to have in the report among other "report
definitions", but then you should be able to export your data directly
into excel.
